Last Saturday saw two things: The debut of Joyride, an Omaha-based group led by Jordan Elsberry (of Shiver Shiver fame) and the first installment of the Record Club — a series of concerts at the Studio Gallery in Dundee where a local artist/group interprets and performs a classic LP in its entirety. Joyride picked Prince’s “Dirty Mind.” No doubt a sexy-as-hell night.
