“Borders and Fences” by Josh Powell
Local artist Josh Powell (one of the minds behind the Science Fair) unveils a new direction in his work at “Borders and Fences.” Rather than incorporating cultural figures and fast action shapes as he did in past works, this new batch of Powell’s paintings are monochromatic rectangles arranged as symbols, having an overall ’70s minimal feel, according to a release.
Powell will be on hand at RNG for an Art Talk on Saturday, February 10th at noon.
